We are certified with the Austrian eco-label and are in the process of developing the European eco-label. For us, sustainability begins quite simply and logically with the support of the farmers in our region. Whenever possible, we buy their delicious, lovingly made products. It goes without saying that we are also a member of the local fruit and horticultural association and tend to plants that preserve the fruit culture of Oberpinzgau.
